Why Project Law LA?
After 23 years as a lawyer in big law firms, I wanted to do a better job serving my clients without the demands and overhead of a large law firm - without partners to satisfy, associates to keep busy, and ballooning expenses. Project Law LA was conceived to provide an experienced, more responsive land use and real estate practice for a lower price. I bring my state-wide legal expertise to all types of property owners, developers, shopping centers, banks, REITs, private equity firms, property managers, hotels, restaurant groups, and lessees so they can realize their real estate projects efficiently and economically.
What I Do As a former City Attorney and real estate law firm partner, my transactional and litigation background is extensive. My specialties are Land Use Permitting and Entitlements, Real Estate Transactions and Environmental Law (e.g. CEQA).

A unique benefit of Project Law LA is that with my reduced overhead, I am able to provide partner level quality with a substantially lower billing rate - lower than even most law firm associates.
