PAUL C. ANDERSON, Esq. is the principal at PROJECT LAW LA. Paul has been practicing real estate and land use law in California since 1989. A former City Attorney and Redevelopment Agency Counsel, he has represented both public and private sector clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions and government relations.

Paul has expertise in real estate, land use, zoning, environmental (including CEQA and NEPA), lease work, property management contracts, development agreements, public/private partnerships, and government relations. He currently assists businesses and individuals in all transactional real estate matters and he has a particular focus on helping clients who face permitting and entitlement challenges.
